Southern Heritage / NATA Formation Clinic

Please join us for a joint Southern Heritage / NATA Formation clinic at the Vicksburg Tallulah Regional Airport (KTVR) from October 10-12, 2018.

(The SHAF air show will follow on Saturday, October 13th)

To register, please complete the following steps:
  • REGISTER ONLINE. Begin by clicking on the Register Now button, supply the requested information and pay the fee with your credit card. Fees increase on September 15th. If you don't see the button, make sure you are logged in. (If you are not a NATA member, sign up online and then register for this event.)


  • INSURANCE. E-mail to tvr@flynata.org a Certificate of Insurance that meets NATA's Clinic Insurance Requirements.

  • HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. E-mail to tvr@flynata.org a signed and witnessed hold harmless agreement for each participant that you register. The HH agreement may be downloaded here.

  • HOTELS. Hampton Inn $129 (3330 Clay Street, 601-636-6100), Riverwalk Hotel $99 (1046 Warrenton Road, 691-634-0100), Comfort Inn $92 (100 Berryman Road, 601-638-2290), Candlewood Suites $89 Queen, $139 King (1296 S Frontage Road, 601-638-6900). Reservation blocks held until 9/11/18, taxes not included.

  • RENTAL CARS. Enterprise 601-638-3866

  • T-6 80th Anniversary!. NATA is celebrating the 80th anniversary of the first flight of the T-6 Texan. You may order 80th anniversary memorabilia during the registration process, delivered at the event.
You must be a NATA member to participate. If you do not have valid FAST credentials, you must be a NATA Formation member to participate and receive training (contact us to upgrade to a formation member).

The Southern Heritage Air Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating people about the history of aviation and its impact on society, and to supporting the brave men and women who have served our country.

See event details for required registration paperwork (e.g., Hold Harmless agreement, Certificate of Insurance naming NATA). You must be must be NATA formation member to participate in any formal training at the event (instructor pilot or check pilot in your back seat), which also provides access to formation training materials on the website.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not issue refunds if you cancel your registration. Instead, your registration fees will be credited to your account, and applied to future NATA payments (e.g., membership dues or event fees). If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
