Please join us for the 9th T-28 formation clinic at the American Heritage Center of Wisconsin. In addition to the NATA formation clinic, the Classic Jets Aircraft Association will again hold their clinic alongside ours, and on Sunday at 3pm, the airport will close for a short air show (all formation qualified pilots are invited to participate). Also, at some point during the weekend, we hope to photograph a group of several aircraft types manufactured by
North American Aviation (NAA): B-25, P-51, F-86, T-2, T-6 and T-28!
Thursday will be arrival day, and the clinic will begin Friday morning at 8am. For those going to Oshkosh, our big wing formation will depart early Monday afternoon.

Please complete the following steps:
- REGISTER ONLINE. Begin by clicking on the Register Now button, supply the requested information and pay the registration fee. Fees increase on June 20th. If you don't see that button, you must log in before registering. If you wish to attend and are not a member or guest of a member, please contact us.
- INSURANCE. Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets NATA's Clinic Insurance Requirements.
- HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. E-mail to sbm@flynata.org a signed and witnessed hold harmless agreement for each participant that you register. Download the Hold Harmless Agreement.
- HOTEL. Sheboygan is hosting many events that weekend and most hotels are already sold out! Make your reservation ASAP at the Grand Stay by calling +1.920.208.8000. Use the group code WARBIRDS to access our block and receive the group rate ($125/night). Once that block is gone, there will be a few rooms available in our backup block at the Holiday Inn Express (group code WARBIRDS, $159/night, +1.920.451.8700). If you haven't reserved a room in one of our blocks by June 21st, you may not be able to find one in Sheboygan.
- FUEL & OIL. Call Burrows Aviation at +1.920.467.6151 to register your aircraft and open a fuel account. Also specify type and quantity of oil you would like them to purchase for you. They do not keep our oil in stock, so you must pre-order your oil (you must take all the oil you order, and pay when you settle your fuel account).
- CARS. While registering on the phone with Burrows, have them reserve your Hertz car, if needed. If you are a Gold member, give them your arrival date/time, and your rental car will be waiting on the ramp.
- OSHKOSH. If you plan to attend EAA AirVenture, here is the Basler pre-registration form.
NATA members must be formation members to participate. Members of other FAST signatory organizations may participate, provided all registration requirements are met; however, NATA membership is required to receive training or a check ride from a NATA check pilot.
